Responsible For
 
  • Answering and Managing Calls:
    • Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or security personnel.
    • Provide clients with information about our comprehensive security services and solutions.
    • Maintain a friendly and customer-centric phone manner at all times.
  • Customer Service:
    • Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with a positive attitude and a commitment to resolving issues.
    • Ensure clients' concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
    • Strive to exceed client expectations and leave a lasting positive impression.
  • Message Relay:
    • Accurately relay messages between clients and our security personnel.
    • Ensure timely and effective communication to maintain the safety and security of our clients.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of calls, messages, and interactions.
    • Safeguard the confidentiality of client information and records.
  • Emergency Response:
    • Handle emergency calls and follow established protocols to dispatch security personnel to incidents as needed.
    • Keep a cool and professional demeanor during high-stress situations.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining call logs.
    • Contribute to the efficient operation of our call center.
  • Compliance:
    • Adhere to Attitude Global Security Company's policies and procedures.
    • Follow strict security protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
Additional Requirements
  • Previous experience in a call center or receptionist role is a plus.
