Responsible For
  1. Security Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect security breaches, theft, vandalism, and other unauthorized activities.
  2. Access Control: Monitor and control access to the property or facility by checking identification, verifying credentials, and ensuring that only authorized personnel or visitors are allowed entry.
  3. Surveillance: Use security cameras and other monitoring equipment to observe and report on any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
  4. Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents, accidents, emergencies, or security breaches that occur during the shift. Maintain detailed logs and records.
  5. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security threats. Follow established procedures and protocols.
  6. Customer Service: Interact with employees, visitors, and customers in a professional and courteous manner. Provide assistance, directions, and information as needed.
  7. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disputes that may arise on the property and use communication and de-escalation techniques to resolve issues peacefully.
  8. Alarm Response: Respond to alarms promptly, investigate the cause, and take appropriate actions, such as contacting law enforcement or management.
